2012 Supplies - Anyone Received Them?

I don't know why I'm suprised but I only have 2012 supplies for one insurance company. The government gives us such a short time period to help our clients - it would sure be nice if the insurance companies and government would get together sooner on getting everything approved sooner so when Oct 1st comes the agents have something to show their clients

Control P = waste of ink and paper but the only way I have anything to show. :(

With UHC I downloaded the kit, separated out the app with Adobe and attached it and the SOB to an email to send to my prospects. If you have to go face to face, just download to your laptop and print out some apps. We have entered the age of "the customer is always wrong".
