Another casualty of the U.S. government shutdown. The 2014 plan Star Ratings will be delayed.
At this time, the MA and PDP plans have not received information from CMS about a future date for when Star Ratings information will be posted on Medicare.gov.
In the interim, please refer your clients and prospects to the 2013 Star Ratings found in the pre-enrollment kits and let them know that the plans are awaiting the release of the 2014 Star Ratings from CMS.
Remember it is required that you discuss Star Ratings for any plan you present to the beneficiary.
Once the plans receive further notification and/or the 2014 Star Ratings are released by CMS we will provide a follow up communication
