I have heard that the generic scope of appointment has been updated but can not find a generic CMS approved scope. Anyone have one?

A number of carriers have updated their SOA's.
As for a generic one, most agents I know use Coventry's which as far as I can tell has remained unchanged for the past few years.

If we can upload attachments here, I haven't learned how, PM me if you would like what I was just given. Bonus, it's a fillable pdf. Caveat, the FMO did a broadcast email offering it if agent would give contact info.
I have sent it to their compliance dept to double check as clear for 2014-2015 use. Would be a help to me. Note: does not have the handy extra listings for other products to discuss, if you like those. Only MAPD/PDP.
