2017 Medicare Guidelines & Commissions

The 2017 MMG (Medicare Marketing Guidelines) have been released and from what I can tell for marketing there is not a lot of updates, mostly just some verbal clarification in the guidelines. Same rules as we had last year.

However, there is a lot of red (red = new) under the compensation section (see page 90).

Any thoughts over the language?

Unless im missing something, it sounds basically the same

That is what I thought as well, I just wanted another person to look at it and hopefully come to the same conclusion.
