Will brokers be allowed to enroll an individual in these plans?

5 Star Rated Med Advantage Plans Re: 5 Star Rated Med Advantage Plans
I have read that they will be exempt from Lock-Out requirements. So the client will call in and get signed up over the phone. The local agent on the street gets nothing.

Have you seen any companies get the 5 star rating yet?

The only five star rating company I know of for MAPD plans are Health First Health Plans. They are the number one rated MAPD plan in FL. As an agent you can't write an app. If you meet with someone you can show them the benefits and give them a number to call with your referral number. You get a referral fee of $150

Not much, but you don't have to do anything and in Brevard County about 60,000 people are on Medicare and 22,000 people are on this plan
