I'm taking the rest of the year off.

I didn't know there was a pre-pre AEP season? So how did you get the 2015 apps before Oct. 1?

In my nearly 6 years of selling Med Supps by phone I have never seen anything even remotely close to the level of incompetency of other agents that my prospects have spoken with.

I heard that several huge call centers have geared up with 2-300 reps to get people signed up. I've trained even 6 reps at a time on Med Supp sales by phone and even then it was a huge challenge due to the learning curve and the experience factor. By challenge I mean high close rates.

Know your products, know your companies and their UW, and be likeable and trustworthy. These agents are making me look like a superstar with the bollocks they're telling people.
