AEP Poster Suggestions?

As long as it is generic in nature and didn't reference any plan names or benefits, I don't think it has to be cms approved.

I'm not sure about the cms disclaimer but I don't recall anything requiring it.

I also wouldn't be scared of offering Ma or PDP off of a sign as long as you get a scope of appt.

Rules regarding unsolicited contacts do not apply to the marketing of these materials
All of these materials are subject to CMS approval and content requirements:

Marketing representatives must:

Marketing representatives may refer to the results of studies or statistical data in relation to customer satisfaction, quality, or cost as long as specific study details and information on the relationship with the entity that conducted the study are given and they make it clear that the study or data are note endorsed by CMS.

Marketing representatives cannot say:
The government wants you to join our plan because it helps them.
I am certified by Medicare to sell this plan.
If your doctor accepts Medicare, she accepts this plan.
There are no limits on services.
We cover all drugs and have no formulary restrictions.
If you don’t like this plan, you can stop paying your premium and return to original Medicare anytime.
It is better to choose a different company if you are sick.
You can go to any doctor or provider that you want.
(Name of plan) is the best Medicare plan you can buy.
Medicare Advantage plans are the same as Medigap plans.
You should opt out of MMP enrollment because everyone knows you will get a higher quality care through a Medicare Advantage plan.


So I will tweak it to have my website on there, probably safer to put up a notice that I am not with CMS Medicare etc. Any head shakers out there recommend a bottom line call of action?
 
I just spoke with my upline for Aetna and uhc and both said my sign idea is fine.

I see a whole lot wrong with this. First off, anything related to marketing has to be put through compliance. Do NOT just hang a poster and start marketing off of it, you will get a compliance pinch. Second, you can NOT market yourself as a "Medicare Specialist". That also is a compliance pinch.
You should be talking to your FMO or ICA manager about this stuff.
