Aetna Issues

I was contracted last year with Aetna, but the product wasn't a strong offering to the other out there - and I didn't write anything.

This year, it looks like for many of my clients it WILL be the best offering - so like it or not, I have to deal with this clunky start this year. The Ascend platform has been a failure for me because each client I have tried to enroll lives in a zip code which spans across more than one county - and therein lies the glitch. No plans are coming up.

Anyway, like I said, for many of my clients thus far - this is the best choice.

This year Aetna is the plan to beat in SW Florida. My agency had issues with Aetna contracts as well, we were all told it was because there was a duplicate package code in the system, when they checked and took out the duplicate package code all contracts went right through.
