What's going on with their networks? Did they drop all the mom & Pop pharmacies out of their network?

Just about every one. I've been having to move clients several times over it. Called M.gov for one of my Advantra HMO clients, moved them to Humana PPO, nice to do the work and not get paid. The 800Medicare reps all know about it and give the SEP freely.

Med.gov won't allow you to write the app using that.SEP? If the mb requests in writing that you become Agent of Record, would that work?

Good question. I might pose that question to my upline with Humana.

I mistated that I used m.gov, I called 800.Medicare to move said clients.
