If you did assign your commissions, you need to see what recourse or time frames for payment, if any, are available to you.
Other than suing, there is a not a lot you can do. Most carriers will not get involved in commission agreements between the agent and agency. Depending on the amount, small claims court may be your best option provided you have the documentation.
