Anthem MAPD Plans to a New Market.

Word has it that Anthem is coming to the KC market next year.

Looking for experienced words on thier product. One can't help but look at our local market, compare it to Wichita, Springfield, Topeka, and God help, the wonderful plans of St. Louis and wonder.... why is KC so disfunctional in the MAPD market. Can the power of Blue bring a good plan to the market, and if so, it will take control?

Anthem is brutal in stl. Everything about them is not competitive, including their $79 deductible on rx and their requirements for referrals for PPO plan.
