Any Medicare Plan in the Country who Covers Clients with ESRD?

he IS T65.
which companies will write it without asking about ESRD?

He still can't get an MA plan but really he doesn't want one in this case.

He is eligible for ANY Med Supp.

Had you posted he is T65 originally you would have received far fewer responses and you would have had your answer immediately.

Or just refer him to an agent that understands Medicare.

Rick

Yes, he's New to Medicare.
the question about ESRD is still on every app that I know of.

are there any that you know of that dont require the client to answer that question?

Unbelievable! T65...you left out the most important piece of info from your original post. You should do some reading. During Open Enrollment no health questions are asked, so take your pick.

Give him a little bit of credit. At least he was seeking info to make sure he did right by his client. His problem is he doesn't know what he doesn't know.

That is correct but the problem isn't his, it becomes his clients'. I don't do estate planning or sell complicated life cases because I know what I don't know. When someone needs an annuity or LTC I call a specialist (Tahoe Ray).

Many times the best way to help a client is to refer him/her to an agent that does know.

Agreed. I have 2 people that I take LTC or Annuity cases to. I don't want to mess up someone's plan.

All the med sup companies will take him. But my recommendation is to refer this case o an experienced med sup agent.
