Any Special Rules for Med Supps in South Carolina?

I know some states have some guarantee issue rules such as California and Missouri. Can anyone shed any light on South Carolina? I have a client who moved from Georgia to South Carolina who currently has a Med Supp and we'd like to get her with another carrier to save money if possible. The problem is she had a kidney transplant two years ago and I don't know of a carrier who will accept her based on the fact that she's taking immunosuppressive meds. Unless of course South Carolina has some special rules or a carrier is having some type of promotion like BCBS of Georgia is doing currently.

Any ideas from those with knowledge for Med Supps in South Carolina?

Unfortunately, there's not anything GI. The closest things we have in SC are Mutual 'N' (for a few more days) and AARP/UHC (very limited underwriting if within three years of Part B effective).

We don't sell BCBS of SC (rates not competitive). Their health questions are fairly limited (although not GI), but I'm just not familiar enough with their questions to speak about them.
