Anyone Familiar with This Aetna Letter?

One of my clients had a Medigap thru Aetna, but switched to Aetna PPO as of July 01 because of a recent premium increase. He received an aetna letter which says that he has until deadline July 8 to cancel the PPO with mb services # on it. When we called the Mb services Dept, nobody knew ANYTHING about that letter. Since today is the 8th, we were advised by mb services to fax the letter over to them with a note saying that we'd like the PPO to be voided so that he can continue with the supp that he will continue paying for.
I'm not familiar with this kind of letter at all. He does qualify for SEP with LIS.

Anyone seen this letter?
