Captive and IA in Different State

Is it possible to be a captive agent with a company for health in one state and be a sub agent for med supps in another state?

There is no law against it, but if you're captive then that organization probably wouldn't take too kindly to you being independent elsewhere.

Went higher up. Answer was no can do. Sooo, I got release from from health and staying with just supps. Thank you for the input! Love supps.
