For those of you who went through the Cavulus training calls, I need an answer to a question. I must have nodded off when she explained the Consent tab.

Does contact only mean the Medicare Beneficiary wants no one to call them, and that they will contact us if they are interested?

If someone can list out the options and what they mean, that would be helpful.

I have assumed that it means that the prospect has given the consent to the telephonic agent to be contacted.

I have contacted mine.
 
Glad I am not the only one trying to learn the system. At least you guys had training seminars
