Direct with them is 80%. I don't know if you can do better thru an IMO.
It is not the SIWL that we are used to. But it's not FU to the point of an exam at that age and face amount.

Do you have an app that I could look at? Are you saying it's not as easy to qualify for?

It's not easy to qualify for at all. They won't accept many conditions or meds that will sail through at other companies.
