Lots of agents don't want the hassle of UHC certification. I have found no use for cigna

Their only competitor in the substandard market here is AARP/UHC. UHC rates blow them away. I had quite a few prospects in the database waiting for this release. UHC was a little to high for me to help them and now it looks like Cigna is too. Guess I'm staying on medicaid for another year...
