Diabetes and Bp(same Old Song)

I know so many ask about this. This man takes metformin and three for bp. Anyone besides UHC that might look at him? It's such a common thing(bp and diabetes). I don't know why companies can't be a little more lenient for people that are under control.

And metformin...that doesn't make standard ? I thought if u were diabetic and/or smoker that made it standard. If it's standard then he won't save anything vs. Anthem.
