Would Bankers Fidelity take it? Just looking at their UW Guide and App, it appears they would take it.

Just talked to Bankers and they will accept diabetics with neuropathy.

That and the diabetes/insulin with most heart problems at the Standard rate is a definite niche for them. That's the only reason I could see to pick them up. Their Standard rate blows Cigna's Substandard out of the water for this case.
 
What about Neuropathy without Diabetes? First time I ever ran across this. He's says it's hereditary.

"Hereditary sensory motor neuropathy is a genetic disorder that leads to nerve damage. Also known as Charcot-Marie Tooth disease, it usually triggers the legs, hands, arms and feet. It also causes reduced sensation, but it is not life-threatening."(From FexQoutes...nice feature).

Neuropathy isn't mentioned on Liberty Bankers app.
