Are Docs Dropping Humana Gold in Your Area?

Humana Gold Plus has a SERIOUS problem in keeping docs contracted with them in the areas that I work, namely San Antonio and Corpus Christi, Tex. It seems like Humana doesn't even TRY to do anything to keep the docs contracted in network. Month after month, there is news of docs that are dropping Humana Gold pts into other MA plans.

Being that I have no MA-HMO's in my area, the physicians never drop out.

Humana has lost quite a few providers in PA. Humana does one heck of a job marketing but their offerings throughout PA are so so.

There was no need for your to waste our time responding to this thread. We just had a thread telling us to not only be professional, but to keep the posts from wandering off target. I'm pretty sure we've also been told not to complain by one of the leading complainers on the board.

Sounds like a great place to live. The riff raft doesn't tend to be attracted to those areas without all the amenities that they command to conduct their happy BS. So enjoy, as I live in area such as that one too, and it is bliss.
