We did 50 apps last month with them. Solid benefits, network is small in some counties. Did all of ours through the mail. I m a fmo with them and have lead programs if interested.
Have they updated their website where you can actually look up doctors? Back at the beginning of AEP I tried to look up some doctors for some clients to see if we should consider Eon and they didn't have that function available. Kind of hard to know whether or not your doctor is in the network if they don't have a directory available.
Because of that, I didn't waste any time on them.

Yes, they have formulary and provider lookup.

Yep, they have it online now. I know we ve sent in a fair bit of provider nomination forms as well. They have a pdf too
