ESRD MAPD Termination & Med Supp Question

Turning 65 is open enrollment no medical questions can be asked. you do not need to answer them on the med supp app.

T65 has no medical questions so ESRD is not a problem. It's open enrollment. ESRD is only an exclusion in CA for under 65 just getting Medicare.

You are correct, I misread the application and so did the broker service center at UHC when I called them.

The client had called Anthem and they said he was a decline, I didn't call them.
