Does anyone know if there is a way to determine if a Medicare beneficiary is receiving Extra Help from Social Security? Without waiting on hold for an hour, I mean. lol

Good for checking enrollment - not so much for checking Extra Help status. Unless I'm stupider than I thought.

It is in the upper right hand corner, same box where it shows current enrollment status for pdp. If there is nothing else in that box then they are not currently getting extra help.

I can't check right now but I'm almost certain it tells you if they have LIS

You guys are probably right. I'm getting the dreaded 'No Records Found' when I try to check her enrollment.

Im pretty sure ive also used the check your enrollment tool to determine LIS eligibility

You can check anyone's status, LIS or Dual. Here is a Dual eligible.

Client could have moved and the enrolment is under a different ZIP code than you are using
