Anyone of yall know of a person whos good at Facebook marketing, and can set up a page and do that for me? Possibly LinkedIn too, but def FB. I thought I found a person, but he cant produce any past clients.

Fivver is a great site. Like others have said, you may not get 100% what you want but it's so affordable you can go through the process a few times and not be out a lot of money.

You've probably seen some of their work. Do you remember that thread where the guy was looking for a term quote engine for his website? The guy who has the "association"? Well the video testimonials on his website were from folks on fiverr.
My bad, looks like Monkey Man mentioned that as well.
