Generic Senior Flyer for Independent Agents

looked up all regulations on this subject, anyone can make a flyer as long as it is not plan specific, period. No need to pay someone to do your own cut and paste, no need to have it approved.
May sure you do not mention product specific or company.

and for what its worth.
licensed certified sales agent is not allowed by medicare as an approved title so not sure how you got this one by em.

Her signature line is:

Robin Alexander
Licensed, Certified Senior Insurance Agent

I would think the "Certified Senior" would be the part that may not be allowed. When I questioned her, she said it was okay.

If its not on the approved list of titles your companies allow then you cannot use it.

Nice flyer. Very nice that you openly shared it with other Forum members. Wish I could say the same about another Forum member.

Recently, I asked another Forum member to share her mailer with me. She still has not responded in kind as promised. All she wanted to know was were I live.

They are good looking flyers.

I do have 2 letters that agents can use in AEP to notify clients about plan changes or to stay on their current plan. I had both ran through the Senior Marketing Specialists compliance department. They are not CMS approved, but passed SMS and UHC compliance. You can view / download them:

https://app.box.com/s/o44frlnwl1kfp82rprvv

https://app.box.com/s/51jzukw0o8x90pliepne

Both are in word format so you can put your contact information on them. If you change any of the wording you are running the risk of being out of compliance.

FYI - CMS says you cannot market AEP prior to 10/1

The second letter is perfect since is states you can keep your current plan etc.

You are welcome.

Yes, according to compliance you are not supposed to mail until after 10/1.

The second letter took about 5 edits and some very choice words which I cannot repeat on this forum, but finally passed through compliance.

I'm a he not a she. And if we are in the same market I would be hesistant to share something that works with my dorect competition.
