Med Supps issued during the "Open Enrollment" period do not require the prospect to answer any health questions and in essence are GI but they are not referred to as being GI. They are applications taken during "Open Enrollment" and can be written over the phone.. There are situations where an agent can write a Med Supp GI. These also can be done over the phone.

Med Supps can be written over the phone without the agent having to meet the client.
