HIPAA Compliant Email Vendor?

This is an active thread, so asking here, maybe another forum, too. I am having clients send me all kinds of info by email, once they have it, and it's making me more and more uncomfortable, with the requirements for agents to have a written PHI security plan.
Someone gave me a name of an encrypted email resource, but I can't find it now. I am a solo practitioner, so a fancy expensive system isn't what I am after.
I am doing group and individual under 65, too, so it's getting more urgent.
