The Humana agent services have been outstanding in helping me whenever I have needed them. They are more educated and informed then any customer service rep on the #800 number (which I never use anymore).

Humana is easy to deal with during the slow times- impossible to deal with during AEP. When I call to check on apps in November, they will only allow me to check on 5 apps. If they had correct information on the website, we wouldn't be calling!! In some cases, it takes 3 or more phone calls to check on my applications.
