Went to humana/careplus meeting today in ocala

No rep for polk was there today, so i could not confirm Carefree. But it is my understanding it is still in polk

Yep, just came from seminar, star ratings are not due out until mid or late Oct.

I tried ordering Carefree Apps for polk county, this is the response I got:

"I can mail you kits for 2015 products, however, a decision was made by upper Management that care Free will not be available for the Delegated channel in Polk County for 2015."

I don't care if it's not available for anyone to go on it. Just as long as if you're on it you can stay on it
