Humana Contact Number?

Trying to help a guy disenroll from Humana's PPO. The customer service number on his card, 800-457-4708, says they are having "technical difficulties, call back later".

Is there another number we can call to get customer service?

As much as you hate Humana, call up Medicare and tell them you tried to do it through the plan and their phone number wasn't working. They'd love to help.
