A new J.D. Power study ranks member satisfaction with their Medicare Advantage provider (and also says MA plans represent a significant growth opportunity that carriers currently are not maximizing - details in link below).

Kaiser Permanente ranks highest (by far) for a third consecutive year, and was the only company to receive a “5 – among the best” rating in the study's "Power Circle Ratings" from consumers.

Member satisfaction ranking (1,000-point scale)
1. Kaiser Permanente: 852
2. Highmark: 803
3. Humana: 794
4. UnitedHealthcare: 789
5. BCBS of Michigan: 784
6. Aetna: 782
7. Health Net: 780
8. WellCare: 779
9. Cigna Healthspring: 775
10. Anthem: 771

From your perspective, did the consumers get it right with the rankings?
