LIS Verification Via Medicare.gov ?

Being new to MAPD/PDP business, was told a non-Medicaid but full LIS senior can get "Extra Help" for their premiums. Yes?

Can an agent with prospect's HICN obtain LIS status on Medicare.gov site? How?

Yes you can see if they have LIS on medicare.gov.

Once on the site under the search filed on the left, type in check your enrollment. Click on the link and it will display the info that you need to type in.

Once you type it in, the system will tell you their current coverage and below that if they have LIS it will display below their current coverage.
