No they don't......

For those of us who use the planfinder tool to help our med supp clients self enroll in a PDP, those born in Jan. cannot use an IEP election to enroll 10/1-14. The enroll link is greyed out on m.gov. In past years I have run into carriers who will not accept an IEP enrollment for a 1/1 start between 10/1-14.
