If there is no Dual option or Medicare HMO avbl in a county (ONLY PPO with $750 OON deductible), would it make sense to put a FULL DUAL into a no-premium PPO? The only value-added benefit is a $13/mo gym membership. Any of you ever known of a case like this!

If they are a full dual and it is not a SNP plan then -no.If they are partial dual then it can be a suitable choice depending on their circumstances.
