By law, pharmacies are not allowed to recommend one plan over another. They have the same restrictions as a navigator. The best they can do is print out a comparison and hand it to the patient. After that, the patient is on their own. I actually have several patients who got lists from their pharmacy, got confused, and came to me to sort them out.
