A number of agents in Oregon went under Dan McNerny in 2006, the first year of the MA plans. McNerny refused to pay the agents and McNerny became the agent of record on the policies because of the way the companies set things up. I'd avoid doing business again for sure.

Didn't they all get placed under Shep's Son-in Law? Todd Fincher? I think he inherited the whole agency. He had a decent sized one on his own. But marrying Shep Cutler's daughter had to be a good move for him.
