These are incredibly broad questions when it comes to internet marketing of Med Supps (or anything really).
And are you building a site, or just a "webpage"? And what is it you're trying to accomplish?

I can tell you what not to include... The words "Medicare advantage", "Medicare part c", or "Medicare part d".
Other than that, you first need to decide what the purpose of your site will be, lead generation, education, or some sort of combination of the two. Create an outline of the content you would like to include and how you will organize this content. As for what your content should be, do some homework, check out the competition and never, EVER copy someone else's content. Google hates that.
