Doesn't look like they've changed it much in the last 5 years. Only thing different is the carrier they are selling.

Wow, haven't seen a contract with that many obnoxious clauses in years. Red flags all over the place. It looks like a time bomb waiting to go off after which they would seize all your renewals.

As has already been recommended, run, don't walk from this bunch.

P.S. -- Wouldn't you love to have been a fly on the wall and seen when the email came into Tony's office (in Maryland) about Cigna-HealthSpring being hit with CMS sanctions? I bet the ashtrays were a-flying!

You mean the guy who sold everybody MoO's GI plan N? Yeah, he gives "great" advice (sarcasm intended).

I don't think many people knew up front how UoO would turn into a disaster. Least of all the people at UoO.
