If someone(s) would care to do an aside in education mode for a moment,

When y'all discuss G and N with clients/potential clients, what kinds of client reactions do you get from comparing a "capped out of pocket" to "an open ended string of co-pays"? (Not wanting to initiate strings of hyperbole or invective, just wanting to get a sense of what one might hear across the kitchen table.)

That open ended string of co-pays you're referring to on Plan N, are only up to $20 per visit that's coded as an office call.
