Part B Delayed Enrollment Penalty Question

If Medicare is not primary (sub 20 emp group) then part B is needed. Without it their insurance at work is basically useless.

G Gordon -- Not trying to muddy the waters here, but isn't Medicare primary most of the time with sub-20 EGHP's? Your statement is confusing to me. Any clarification would be welcome. I am not extremely experienced with dealing with employer plans but my understanding was that when there are less than 20 employees, Medicare pays first. This would make the second sentence, quoted above, make sense.

Am I missing something here?:1baffled:
