I cannot find the following diabetic pens(Humalog insulin,Humalog Kwik Pen) on Medicare.gov site. I can only find vials. So does this mean the pen would be covered under Part B? or not at all? Many thanks!

I find them all the time. They are part D.

They are called solostar and flexpen. It should come up if you just type in the insulin name and stop, it will give you vials and pens in a menu.

It depends on the formulary. I found some plans don't cover the pens at all or if they do it is max tier and very expensive. They try sometimes to steer you towards the viles.
