PDP: Can You Change Multiple Times During AEP?

One of our clients got a bit antsy (crazy) and signed up for some terrible plan before his annual review with us.

He called us to tell us what he did. Why he couldn't wait is beyond me.

We don't write pdps, but search them for our clients during AEP.

Hopefully he can switch.
