Does anyone know if Physician's Mutual still uses a captive sales force and if so how many active agents there are?

Do they sell using independent brokers?

I know they have captive agents because I see their business cards periodically, usually in a prospects house. Not sure how many agents, I imagine the turnover is fairly high so it probably changes often.

Physician's Mutual doesn't allow licensing with brokers and they have their own captive agents that are very active in the industry. They used to be much more popular about 10 years ago and while they still have a market presence, it's not as strong as it used to be.
