On the cigna supplement with a hh discount if a spouse dies or gets divorced is the premium amount readjusted to not include the disoiunt?

If the spouse dies, the HH discount remains in tact for the surviving spouse. If divorced the discount goes away(unless they still live together). A lapse by one spouse makes the discount go away too.
