Ritter or Senior Market Sales

Frank- a question about releases.

What if you as the "Recruiting Manager(whatever...lol), are willing the release the broker---but you're immediate upline above you isn't willing to release the agent...how does this play out?

Yes that does happen. For example, I offer contracts for Gerber. I am contracted directly with the company that has the exclusive rights to offer Gerber contracts.

If you contract with me I will give an immediate, no questions release and you can go with someone else. However, the marketer you go with will still be under the company that has the exclusive rights to offer Gerber. Every marketer offering Gerber must be under them or they cannot offer Gerber contracts.

There is no one between me and the company I deal with, nor is there anyone above them for any of the contracts I offer.

Most reputable FMOs will provide a release if requested. Find one you like and stick with them, life is easier that way! Ritter, SMS and Integrated Benefits are reasonable.

I contracted with SMS many years ago. I was happy there until I had an issue with one of their employees. They granted me a release from all contracts at that time.

Since then I have contracted with Ritter and recommend them without hesitation. Although I am now friends with Craig Ritter, I still requested and received a pre-nup in case I ever want a release.

Recently Frank Stastny has offered terrific contracts (along with his top-notch training). He is also honest enough to offer an up front release.

Back to your original question...which one is best for FE and med sups. I like both for certain things BUT SMS doesn't have FE at all. Well they actually do have Baltimore Life and Continental Life and MOO but no real FE companies. I have always been surprised that a huge marketing company with "senior" right in their name has completely ignored FE as a product.

Risky product. Too many jagoff agents racking up debit balances. Insurance companies roll that to the upline. That'd be my guess.

Your guess would be correct. Sh*t does roll up hill with FE insurance.

Nick Perry has some of the best FE contracts I've seen. Send him an e-mail and check out his contracts before making the "leap". His e-mail address is [email protected] .

I have never seen any huge advantage to an agent to have all contracts with one marketer. Contact Nick Perry for FE.

Precision Senior Marketing gave me one. Couldn't believe it. I had always worked with Premier outta Nebraska, but when Precision offered me this I figured I'd try them out. Haven't needed it, they keep me pretty well up to date.

I had a multi-FMO contract (that I knew nothing about) and found out PSM was the upline to the other FMO (Pinnacle Financial Services). I knew PFS was the upline, but didn't know about PSM being involved. To make a long story short, PSM told me they would try to help me get a release from PFS when PFS became unsavory, but it wasn't until I got the carrier involved that the issue was finally resolved. I am now direct with that carrier. PSM seemed to understand my plight and talked like they would help, but they just spun their wheels for 6 months.

I recommend everyone stay away from PFS, but PSM MAY offer pre-nups... not sure if any pre-nup is worth the paper its written on...... best advice is go direct if at all possible.

I thought Senior Marketing Specialists (the other SMS) was good, until I discovered some wanky things also involving hidden FMOs in their contracts. If you ever do sign up with an FMO, demand the heirarchy be fully disclosed before signing.
