SCAN Medicare Advantage

Anybody had any experience with SCAN medicare advantage plans. Looks like they have been in California, moving to Arizona. Do they contract with agents or just sell direct?

They contract with a very limited number of agents. Used to be a social HMO but govt. ended that program. Now pretty much just a bland plan.

In So Cal I have many better choices.
