Do yourself a favor and read the Medicare and You book from cover to cover. This is the book that Medicare beneficiaries receive every year. And believe it or not, many of them read it. If you can't speak to the client regarding what's in that booklet, then you are doing yourself and them a disservice.
There's an entire section devoted to Med Supps. Medicare even encourages beneficiaries to compare Medigap policies because the costs can vary and may go up as you get older. This book can be your friend as can the Choosing a Medigap policy.
