Seniors Scared to Change Companies

Do yourself a favor and read the Medicare and You book from cover to cover. This is the book that Medicare beneficiaries receive every year. And believe it or not, many of them read it. If you can't speak to the client regarding what's in that booklet, then you are doing yourself and them a disservice.

There's an entire section devoted to Med Supps. Medicare even encourages beneficiaries to compare Medigap policies because the costs can vary and may go up as you get older. This book can be your friend as can the Choosing a Medigap policy.
 
The only time's I've had this objection is when either cold calling or telemarketed leads

never on online or live transfer or mailer leads

Why? Because these people were not looking for a plan
Some times you can over come this and some times not

Why? Some people are just stuck on something their mother had or what they had all their life or have heard from doc only blue cross pays right or something similar.

Some will listen to reason others just Next

Some people will never try a different soda or will only buy a ford or whatever it is, Its the same thing.

If I sense that a person has no reason in them, I move on

I second the Medicare & You book. That should be a must have for any agent. I do an "agent walkthrough" white paper each year. Yes, it is branded Senior Marketing Specialists (I mean after all I work for them), but you can find it and download it along with an agent overview of the Medicare costs sheet here:

You really need to get into writing poetry, if you are not doing it currently. You have a unique writing style. It has a certain cadence that is effective and uncommon. I don't know what else to tell you, I'm not an English professor, just my observations.
