I love how much med supps can vary from state to state, here are my questions:

In SC are they GI, age banded, or fully underwritten?
If they aren't GI, what are the GI periods if any?
Are there any companies that are more competitive than others or is there any reason other than price to pick one carrier over another?

Thanks in advance and bonus points if you PM me or e-mail me with your number so I can talk to you for a few minutes.

In SC GI Med Sup are written if someone is leaving MA Plan within first year either because MA has pulled out of state or client was mislead and complains to MA company and Medicare. Also if someone leaves an Employee group plan due to retirement or because their insurance through employer is terminated. You have GI. I am not sure about age banded but they are attained age in most companies There use to be a couple of companies who were issue age but I know of none now. Many of the companies are paying 18.00 to 20 commission which is low.
