Temp Helper During AEP?

We have 3 agents and 2 secretaries. One answers phones, runs part d comparisons, fills out apps, the other sets appts, scans, faxes apps to the company.

The biggest adjustment we made this year was to start in early September with outreach for existing clients. Getting drug lists, identifying the specific clients/plans that are most likely to have negative changes, etc and communicate with them early on.

Thanks for the input. I'm going to have to start working on this early next year once everything slows down.
